Community Housing

We have been very privileged to work with the Bays Community Housing Trust to develop an experimental, low cost housing type on the North Shore. Essentially offering “flatting for the elderly”, this project aims to provide the community with an alternative living solution for the elderly demographic. Two houses of this type have recently been completed as examples of this housing typology.

This was a very smooth partnership with Hilary being sensitive and responsive to the special needs of these houses. The result is two lovely houses and ten very happy women living together.”
